Shipping policy

Shipping of artwork is only inside India. For shipping to other countries please reach out to us via email. Most of the ready artwork on the site are shipped within 2 - 3 business days. However in the case of commissions, the timeline will be a lot longer and will be communicated at the time of requesting the commission.
Courier service:
Once the order has been shipped from our end, it takes anywhere between 7-10 business days for the order to reach you, this timeline is however entirely determined by the courier service provider and Carved on Canvas cannot be held liable for any delays or losses that happens in transit.
Once the order has been shipped from our end, you will automatically be notified about the tracking status and progress by the courier service provider and in case of delays or updates, please contact the courier company directly.
